Its elegant design features a solid color pattern in a rich Brown upholstery, made from Genuine Leather for a luxurious touch. This sofa does not include nailhead trim or pillows, but it offers a comfortable seat with foam fill material.

In terms of features, it’s water-resistant, making it suitable for various environments. The sofa is non-skirted and does not include storage or an ottoman. It’s available in multiple sizes, including 89″L x 37″W x 47″H, 73″L x 37″W x 47″H, and 34″L x 36″W x 41″H, accommodating seating for 1 to 3 people.

The sofa’s overall dimensions vary from 34 inches to 89 inches in length, with a width ranging from 36 inches to 36.5 inches and a height from 40.5 inches to 47.5 inches. The seat dimensions are comfortable, with a width of 24 inches to 25 inches and a height of 19.5 inches from the floor.

For maintenance, it’s recommended to clean the leather upholstery with leather cleaner or a vacuum cleaner. The sofa comes with a limited 60-day warranty for your assurance and requires no assembly.

Warranties:
This product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.
For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding and mechanisms, if any.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
- Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
- Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
- Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
- Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
- Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
- Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
- Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
- Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.
